X-ray diffractometers DRON-7 and DRON-8 offer a number of different dedicated methods to verify orientation, layer thickness, lattice spacing and mismatches in single crystals and thin films, as well as to study in situ phase transitions and structural deformations of nanomaterials in controlled sample environment that is very important for creating products with required properties.
Voltammetric analyzer AVA-3 can be successfully used for trace analysis (down to ppb’s) of heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg, Tl, Ta, Zn etc.). in nanomaterials and nanoparticles.
