«Bourevestnik» has placed an order for the construction of an innovation center in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) of St. Petersburg.

December 01, 2014. Innovation Center Bourevestnik LLC, which is a subsidiary of Bourevestnik Research and Production Enterprise (OJSC), posted on the official government order website zakupki.gov.ru the documentation on conducting an open competitive two-stage procurement procedure in the form of a request for proposals. The subject of the procurement is «Development of Working Documentation and construction of the facility» Innovation Center «Bourevestnik» in the SEZ TVT ‘Novoorlovskaya’ site 38". The maximum value of the contract is 1 bln. 407 million rubles. The period of contract fulfillment is not more than 820 days. During this period it is planned to build a modern high-tech enterprise with a total area of 24330 m2 on a plot of 2.47 hectares. The planned date of commissioning of the facility is the second quarter of 2017.
