Commissioning of 5 analyzers AR-31-NM into commercial operation.
The Talnakh Concentrator of the Polar Division of Norilsk Nickel, MMC completed the commissioning of an automated system for analytical control of pulp enrichment products, which includes five automated flow X-ray analyzers for pulps and solutions AR-31-NM manufactured by Bourevestnik in November 2016. The devices were installed as part of the reconstruction and technical re-equipment project, which provides for increasing the capacity of the ore processing plant up to 10 million tons per year. Within the framework of the concluded contract, «Bourevestnik» made a comprehensive turnkey delivery including services on supervision of installation, commissioning, training in operation and maintenance of analyzers.
X-ray analyzer AR-31-NM is designed for continuous round-the-clock X-ray fluorescence analysis of chemical composition of solutions, suspensions and slurries in the flow. The device allows simultaneous determination of concentrations of up to 7 chemical elements in the range from 20Ca до 92U in 15 technological products with a discreteness of once every 15 minutes, while the measurement time does not exceed 40 seconds.
