On-stream XRF Analyzer AR-35-O put into operation at «Ormet», CJSC.
«Bourevestnik», NPP put into commercial operation the Automated Analytical Control System of the enrichment plant based on the on-stream XRF Analyzer AR-35-O.
The automated analytical control system (ACAC) based on the AR-35-O automated streaming X-ray slurry analyzer manufactured by «Bourevestnik», NPP was put into operation at the Ormet concentrator in December 2015,
The peculiarity of this project is a complex replacement of obsolete ASAC on the basis of X-ray analyzer of imported production taking into account individual peculiarities of production capacities of the plant.
Successful implementation of the project within the agreed timeframe became possible due to the comprehensive assistance and high professionalism of the specialists of the factory of «ORMET», CJSC .
The automated flow analyzer of solutions and slurries AR-35 is designed to determine the concentrations of chemical elements in the range from calcium (Ca) to uranium (U) in the technological products of the factories implementing hydrometallurgical technology of beneficiation. The analyzer AR-35 is able to provide information on chemical composition and density of technological products in automatic continuous mode, which allows to effectively manage the technological process of beneficiation.
Analyzer AR-35 is a new generation instrument. Due to the use of modern electronic components, unique high-resolution X-ray optical circuit, new software and methodological software the device has high analytical characteristics, express analysis, simple and cheap in maintenance.
