Scientific and practical seminar «Modern X-ray analytical equipment produced by Bourevestnik»

In the period from August 11 to 12, 2015, in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea was held a scientific and practical seminar dedicated to modern methods of X-ray spectral and X-ray diffraction analysis for scientific research and industrial applications.

The participants of the seminar were given the following opportunity:

1. To consult on the solution of their problems with leading analytical specialists of Bourevestnik Research and Production Enterprise and to exchange experience with colleagues;

2. To get acquainted with the results of tests of devices installed at metallurgical, petrochemical, aviation and other enterprises of Russia and the World;

3. To analyze their samples and subsequently receive a report on the results of measurements on the presented equipment: 

• quantitative and qualitative analysis on the universal energy dispersive spectrometer BRA-135F; 
• sulfur analysis according to GOST R 51947 on energy dispersive analyzer ASE-2; 
• sulfur analysis according to GOST R 52660 on wave dispersion analyzer ASV-1.

4. Learn about promising developments of the enterprise and discuss their wishes or ideas.

At the end of the seminar, more than 90% of the participants started to consider the issue of switching to more modern methods of analysis to solve analytical problems in their industry.
