Supply of diffractometer DRON-8 to «Ufa Engine Building Production Association»

«Bourevestnik», NPP at the beginning of 2016.supplied and put into operation a multifunctional X-ray diffractometer DRON-8 at Ufa Engine Building Production Association PJSC in addition to the DRON-7 diffractometer purchased in 2008. A total of 5 diffractometers of DRON series are in operation at the enterprise.

Modern multifunctional X-ray diffractometer DRON-8 with vertical theta-theta goniometer is designed to solve a wide range of tasks of X-ray diffraction analysis of phase composition, structural state and orientation of objects of different shape and size.

The main tasks solved by UMPO specialists using DRON diffractometers:

• orientation analysis of single crystal blanks;
• stress and texture state analysis of metals and alloys.
