Supply of spectrometer BRA-135F in Herzen State Pedagogical University

«Bourevestnik», NPP supplied and commissioned X-ray fluorescence spectrometer BRA-135F to the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia in summer 2016. 

Universal X-ray fluorescence spectrometer BRA-135F allows simultaneous determination of up to two dozens of chemical elements in a time not exceeding 200 seconds in a wide range of concentrations from hundreds of ppb.

The BRA-135F spectrometer is capable of analyzing samples in solid, powdery, liquid states, as well as those deposited on the surface or deposited on filters.

The main tasks solved by the staff of the Herzen University using the BRA-135F spectrometer:

• elemental analysis of thin films of polymetals and narrow-gap semiconductors;
• elemental analysis of single crystals, polymetals and narrow-gap semiconductors;
• elemental analysis of the metallic component in organometallic compounds;
• analysis of samples for heavy element content in solving environmental problems;
• use for learning purposes and learning tasks.
