The optional sorter upgrade kit (OKDS) is designed to provide detection of type 2a diamonds with anomalous luminescence kinetics compared to the predominant type 1a diamonds in the sorter feed.

OKDS installed on the sorter in operation without changing the existing structural design of the sorter mountings, connections to power, water, compressed air, ventilation and air conditioning, automation networks..

The kit of modification allows to expand the sorter detection zone. This is necessary for a longer pumping time, which increases the sensitivity of detecting diamonds, the luminescence of which is fired by a longer excitation time

Upon request Bourevestnik supplies the sorter and integrated auxiliary equipment as a part of the container unit.

Container plant is a mobile building in metal construction, container type, without running gear for operation outdoors at any time of the year and day and for permanent presence of personnel.

Rock analysis software is designed for visualization of mineral luminescence signals and further analysis of the obtained parameters.

This software allows to analyze the character of distribution of minerals in the material by selective characteristics in the form of graphs and databases. The program is installed on a PC, reads information from the sorter human-machine interface unit via a specially provided RS232 channel and displays it on the screen.

After that it is possible to analyze the obtained information. Each line of the table corresponds to one luminescence signal of a mineral in one channel, it is assigned a certain serial number. The image of the luminescence signal is stored under the same number, which can be viewed below the data table.

Hands free concentrate transportation system (SBTK) is designed for non-contact transportation of diamond-containing concentrate from the sorter to the hand sorting table. The main element of the SBTK is a self-locking concentrate box, where the process of accumulation takes place.

The concentrate box can only be opened with a special key, and locking is automatic when the concentrate compartment is removed from the concentrate box.

Bourevestnik offers the service of upgrading sorters with wear-resistant lining. This solution provides protection for the internal components of sorting machines (chutes, feed, concentrate and tailings compartments, transition sections, gravitational feeders — depending on the model of the sorter) against mechanical damage and significantly extends their service life.

The lining is made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene or alumina ceramic — the type of material depends on the application area.
