X-ray transmission sorter RGS-3 is a diamond recovery machine designed for concentrate treatment of dry material with size range -6 +1 mm.


The principle of the sorter's operation is based on the property of materials to absorb X-rays. Diamond, consisting of the light element carbon with atomic number 6, absorbs X-rays less than the accompanying minerals containing heavier elements: silicon, calcium, magnesium, oxygen, iron and others.


The sorter consists of a sorting machine and an automatic control rack.

Bourevestnik offers a broad line of boron carbide simulators (tracers) for testing mechanical recovery efficiency, adjusting transport delay time and cutoff duration, and tuning the sensitivity of XRT sorter.

Containerized Unit

Upon request Bourevestnik supplies the sorter and integrated auxiliary equipment as a part of the container unit.

Container plant is a mobile building in metal construction, container type, without running gear for operation outdoors at any time of the year and day and for permanent presence of personnel.
